Tom’s customer service skill utilizing the latest color management methods and industry wide sourcing provides the best options to maximize customer image. His business leadership background includes expertise in project management, building trades, construction, and financial planning to successfully serve customer needs in the sign industry.
Janis Cohorst (Owner)
Janis has over 20 years of experience in customer service and customer relations management. Her number one priority is to insure excellent customer service and the highest quality products. Janis is skilled in listening to customer needs and presenting a solution to best fit the imaging need. Janis manages daily business operations. She is experienced in utilizing today’s technology in digital imaging to deliver high quality products on time.
Barbara Carswell (Graphic Design & Production Manager)
Barbara joined our team in July 2015 with 10 years of design and sign company experience and a graphic design degree from Southwestern Community College. She has a strong background in production and installation from her past experience. Barbara’s creativity in graphic design and managing color profiling ensures customers of high quality graphics that will enhance company visibility and productivity.
Katie Lineberry (Customer Service & Sales Associate)
Katie is a graduate of North Carolina State University. Katie has extensive customer service experience. She assists in the production area learning the art of sign making. Working in multiple areas of the business provides flexibility to meet customer needs on time.
Sara Cohorst (Administrative Assistant)
Sara’s responsibilities are assisting customers with needs and sales requests. . She also assists with work on the company website, blogging, and social media. Sara’s experience is in customer service serving customers in the apartment industry.
Zach Wright (Account Manager)
Zach Wight joined our team in September 2016. He brought with him nearly ten years of sign experience. His background includes vehicle wrap design & installation, sign fabrication and sales. Zach’s prior sign company positions include Production Manager and General Manager. His steadfast work ethic and persistence for high quality signage provides our customers with outstanding sign and graphic solutions.
